25 Goals For 25

I believe that we shouldn’t have to wait until January 1st to make resolutions for ourselves. You can also do this at the start of the month or at other important anniversaries. Since I turned 25 earlier this week, I decided to make 25 goals/resolutions for this particular year of life. A lot of them are related, but that’s totally ok.

  1. Spend more time outside on nice days πŸŒ…
  2. Read more (can do this outside)
  3. Donate the books and craft supplies you don’t want/need
  4. Write more (can also do this outside) πŸ““
    • Write at least 400 words a day
    • Make Wings a reality
  5. Keep a journal where you write about one interesting thing that happened each day (this will help with the writing goals)
  6. Successfully NaNoWriMo in November
  7. Limit time on Facebook and Tumblr, once around breakfast and once around bedtime unless there’s a very special reason πŸ’»
  8. Reduce the WIP mountain
  9. Get more exercise
    • Go for bike rides on nice days, the longer the better
    • Rollerblade down at the park on nice days
    • Go swing dancing if the opportunity arises (missing my college ballroom dance class)
    • Learn anime dances like Happy Synthesizer, Bad Apple, and Remote Controller
  10. Increase my air support
  11. Spend quality time with Clarabelle (aka practice more) 🎢
  12. Find more opportunities to perform (maybe with friends at Faith Lutheran Church?)
  13. Get back into astronomy by going to MAS public events (and possibly join?)
  14. Go to church more regularly than just for bell choir Sundays
  15. Get out and do more with friends
  16. Listen to podcasts
  17. See more movies 🎬
  18. Go on more adventures – listed below are ideas or already planned
  19. Take more pictures (selfies and gnome adventures included)
  20. Create the family recipe book 🍳
  21. Make more homecooked meals and treats (while testing the recipes from the cookbook)
  22. Eat more fruit (looking at you smoothies…)
  23. Put together some of the cosplays on my wishlist
  24. Smile more ^_^
  25. Don’t crush the roses people give you (thanks to Abby for this one) ❀
